7 - 9 pm Join us for our 3rd meet-and-greet for ILS members! Monthly meet-and-greets are a great opportunity for new members (and their friends) to hear from ILS veterans and meet other new members in a social setting.
Talk with leaders of groups concerning immigrant protection, healthcare, the environment, and planning to help elect progressive candidates in future elections. Express your creativity: make protest signs and buttons to display at the June 14 "No Kings" rally downtown; write thank-you/buck up postcards to elected officials who stand up (or should stand up) against Trump. We’ll supply the materials!
6 - 7 pm Before the get-together, join a volunteer cleanup crew to collect trash near the Montrose/Damen intersection. Bags, gloves, pickers to be provided.
